Within 2 days of putting my condo up for sale, Barbara secured an offer at full asking price, as she predicted. I rented out my condo for 9 years (with Barbara securing both of my tenants), and along the way she would advise me on whether to sell or not. Every year was a hard no, until this year when she said this is the time, inventory is low, rates are increasing and my place was peaking. She said it would fly off the market, and it did. Barbara always had my best interest, advising me through the market swings and ensuring I got the max value from my investment. She truly is one of the best and would recommend her to anyone I know.

When it came time to put our condo on the market, we had some special requests.  We needed to sell before the year’s end and would need interim housing.

Barbara Eden represented us in our purchase at Port Lib in July 2019.  Nobody had recommended her;   we met her quite by chance.  She was clearly competent and energetic, and, although she was unknown to us,  we decided to work with her.  But, when she gave us lots of recommendations for attorneys, mortgage companies and inspectors, we were more than suspicious, having been burnt by realtors in the past.

We did NOT go with her recommendations, and WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!. We would have sailed thru the closing working with her attorney,  who knows the ins and outs of real estate closings at Port Lib, rather than a protracted and expensive aggravation we had with a “family recommended” lawyer.    

Ok.  hindsight is 20/20. We have since become friends.  So, I’m hoping anyone working with her now knows how trustworthy, well informed, and well respected Barbara is.
